Welcome to Hill Country Auto Spa. By scheduling or receiving services from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

🔌💧 Power & Water Usage Policy

Hill Country Auto Spa is a mobile service and requires access to the customer’s water and power source at the time of service.
Please ensure that an outdoor water spigot and standard electrical outlet are available and accessible before your scheduled appointment.

If water or power is not available at the service location, an additional fee may apply for us to provide a portable water supply or generator.

Appointments & Cancellations

All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations must be made with at least 12 hours’ notice.

A $20 cancellation fee may be charged for missed or late-canceled appointments.

Weather Conditions

Services may be rescheduled due to rain, extreme heat, wind, or unsafe conditions.

Clients will be notified at least 2 hours in advance if rescheduling is necessary.

Vehicle Access

Customers must ensure the vehicle is accessible (unlocked with keys if interior service is included).

If access isn’t available within 15 minutes of arrival, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule with a $15 trip fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We pride ourselves on high-quality service. If you're unsatisfied, notify us within 24 hours of your service for a free correction.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, or CashApp.

Discounted rates for monthly or annual packages require full upfront payment.

Pet Hair & Excess Mess

A surcharge of $20–$50 may apply for heavy pet hair, excessive trash, mold, or biohazard material.

Pre-existing Damage

Hill Country Auto Spa is not responsible for pre-existing damage to paint, trim, upholstery, electronics, or accessories.

A pre- and post-service walk-through will be conducted to document vehicle condition.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle that poses health, safety, or sanitation risks.
